Hello. I am like so many in the USA, I am over weight, more specific I am obese. I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life. Losing the weight and feeling great and then having something happen in my life that sent me right back to food and gaining. My goal is to not go to food for comfort, but to have a healthy out look on food and life. I am not good at blogging or journaling so I will be posting here once a week, maybe more, but at least once a week.

Height: 5′2″
Weight: 198
Goal: 120
Mini goal: 190 by 8/2/09
Today I:
did 20 crunches, 20 squats, 10 push-ups
I ate i bowl of Maple Buckwheat Flakes w/no sugar added soy milk, one cup of tea w/soy milk, 12 oz water.
