Hanging on

Things are so busy lately! But, I’m hanging on. This week I’ve gone to the gym twice, with two weight bearing days and cardio too. It’s not as often as I’d like, but it’s not bad. I’m hoping to get Saturday is as well for at least three times this week.

I can’t seem to get to where I need to run a 5K. It just seems to elude me. I can get to two miles, but can’t seem to get beyond it. This has been a goal for a while, and I know it’s attainable, but yet its somehow still out of my reach. I just find it so hard to do it all while working. But, that’s not going to change so I need to find a way.

Food is good this week. Weekend is coming and has me nervous. I still haven’t found a way to avoid the weekend eating falloff. But, I’m working on it. As always, still a work in progress!

Hi a Life

The key is to keep people around you who know you are trying to reach a weight loss goal and won’t care if you get mad and pouty with them if they correct you. They also woudn’t do things to make the journey harder on you. Keep some wonderful people around you ( not ones who will pull you off the wagon to eat).

Just keep at your running. Remember running is 90% in your head. If you can run 2 miles…You CAN run three. Just believe in yourself!!! Take it from the running fat girl! :lol: People look so surprised when I mention that I run. I definitely don’t look like a runner yet…but one day soon I will! We can do this. Just don’t give up!!
