No runs, big buns

That is what I am thinking. I haven’t ran in a week and half and feeling it. I need to get back out there and run, but the weather is not cooperating. Snow and ice are my running enemy. I just saw that my last post was 11-27. I have ran since then.

Will plan on running next chance I get.

    stay tuned here, maybe you can get better ideas versus running outside (i know that’s probably your nitch) but when the weather doesn’t permit us to do the things we want, we must compromise to still accomplish our goals. maybe try a boxing workout video or pilates….both are really fun, but definately a different type of workout. either way play around with it and try…as you know the snow and ice are not going away for at least another two or so months…best of luck.

    Hi. Belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. The running store is Fit Right NW on Mill Plain at about 164th. They do the gait analysis stuff there to help you pick the perfect shoe. They are having a big sale this weekend with half off on a lot of shoes and different deals with the clothing, like buy three items get a fourth free.

    As soon as this stupid snow melts, I want to get back out on the streets. I did some treadmill running at the gym, but… yuck.
