try this again-Thursday
I just realized I wrote Thursday on Wednesday’s post. Such a blond I am.
Ran 1.5 miles today. Felt good. Weather cooperated.

Ran 1.5 miles today. Felt good. Weather cooperated.
Today I weighed in. 147.5. Wow. I thought I was up in my weight. I was thinking that my last weigh in was 146. Until I just read the post where it was 149 last time. That means I am down rather than up 1.5 pounds. I can tell too. My jeans are looser. I can sit on the floor in my jeans and my legs don’t go numb.
Today was scheduled 3 mile run. Well, last night we had a friend emergency and I was out until 1:30 am. Bed and asleep by 2. Kids were up and going at 6 this morning and I wanted to make their lunches so I got up. 4 hours of sleep. And I have to work. So I got myself going and went to work cleaning the house I clean. Came home and slept for 20 minutes. Showered and got ready. Had a busy day ahead of me. No time for a run. Went and fed my dad. He ate good and I got a few smiles out of him. Came home and it was raining. I hate running in the rain. But by the time I changed into my running clothes and went to the path it had stopped raining. So I walked .25, ran 3 miles, walked .25. I feel so much better after my runs.
Eating has been good. Tomorrow is a 1.5 I think I can handle that. As long as it isn’t raining.
Dh has stopped running with me. :( His knees are really bothering him. He is talking about joining the gym as a family so he can swim and bike. I hope we do. I love taking step classes or any type of group class. Intimidating walking in that first time though.
Sunday I am doing the Alzheimer Walk. Nothing strenuous, it is 2 miles.
