Breakfast was a 1/2 bowl of cereal. Then met my friend for coffee.  But coffee didn’t sound good so we both had tea.  Which was good.  I drank that all day.  Kept filling my cup with hot water.  I forgot to bring lunch today.  Not good.

Came home.  Dh came home from work and we went to the path to run.  I ran faster than him.  Today while running, I was thinking.  I am finally better at something than him.  Is that bad?  :)  He was hurting.  I found him a running program that he is going to try, but if he keeps hurting it isn’t going to be fun for him.  I ran 1.5 miles.  That was today’s run.  Tomorrow is a day of rest.  From exercise.    And I am glad.  I am going to sleep in.  And by sleep in I mean, get up with kids at 6:30 and get them off to school and climb back in to bed till 8.  Maybe even 8:30.
