I want to be a loser

I had my mammogram.  I think I was in and out of there in 10 minutes.  Is that normal?  Seems like the first one I had I was there forever and they took about 100 pictures.  From every angle.  Today it was 2 pictures for each side. 

And I am such a blond.  When I received the letter saying that my appointment was due I didn’t call the number on the letter.  I looked up the phone number online.  I didn’t receive a reminder call so I called today the number on the letter.  No appointment there.  They gave me another number to call.  No appointment there.  I looked in my day planner and there was the number.  I called that number and sure enough I had an appointment.  And she had to tell me where it was.  Ok.  I get there early and I don’t remember the place at all.  This is not where I was last year.  Anyways they take their pictures and away I go.  But my results are going to delayed because they have to get the films from the other place first.  Why oh why didn’t I go to the same place. 

Then it just hit me that they asked me who my doctor was and I told them my general doctor was, not my OB.  So, now I think I better call them and make sure they send the results to my OB. 

Point of this story is that on my home from getting my breasts squished I stopped at Starbucks and got myself a treat.  Venti carmel macchiato-Iced.  Yummy.  Now I am on a caffeine high. 

I am planning on yogurt for dinner.  Maybe some toast to soak up some of that coffee.
