I want to be a loser

Had my weigh in today.  149.  Yeah, under 150 still.  So I was done cleaning and went home.  Was going to eat lunch and decided that the only time I was going to get in a run today was right now.  So, I got dressed real fast and drove to my path.  Found my ipod in the car, but no earbuds.  :(  So I ran with out any music and I did just fine.  I have so much going on it was good to play out things in my head.  .25 walk, 2 MILE RUN, .25 cool down walk.  Yeah!! for 2 miles.  I wore my knee brace.  I was glad I did.  My knee was talking to me at 1.75. 

I have my mammogram today.  I had one last year.  Or should I say, I had two last year.  They found a lump last year so I had to have 2 and then a ultra sound and then a biopsy.  It was nothing.  Thankfully.   I am preparing myself to go through that again.  The techs all said that I would probably have to do that again and if it does happen they will take out the lump that is causing the problem so I won’t have to do it every year. 

And I finally lost one of my toenails.  I think the other 2 are going to hang on.  It doesn’t hurt, just looks funny.  I think my toe looks like a astronaut with out his face mask on.  (This is for you Shana)

So my shower and lunch are calling my name.
