Maybe the running is a good happy medium because it makes you feel good, keeps you healthy, yet doesn't result is any big drastic overnight changes. SO GET BACK AT IT!! I was having a melancholy VBS moment myself. My older kids (21, 19 and 15) all went to VBS and were helpers in the past, and DD9 commented to me yesterday, Guess what?
