Tuesday first- Ate ok. No exercise. Need to change that. Cereal for breakfast. Sandwich for lunch. Carrots for snack. Pasta for dinner, corn and one slice of french bread. 4 weeks ago I would have eaten 1/2 the loaf. dessert was guacamole and 8 chips. I was at a meeting. Oh, and a Bacardi Silver Mojito. Water all day.
Wednesday-Coffee, cereal for breakfast. Carrots and sandwich for lunch. Pasta for dinner. Popsicle for snack.
Exercise was a Jackie Warner workout. On demand. I love that Work out show and saw that she made a work out for On Demand so I did it. My abs are killing me. I am trying to talk myself into going for a run. But cramping so I don’t like to get to far from the house when I am not up to par. If I don’t do it tonight I will do it in the morning. I heard my path is flooded again. I might try running along the river tomorrow morning.
The one thing I have noticed is that when I go to bed at night I have no regrets of the day. I don’t lay there and curse myself out for overeating. And telling myself that I will do better the next day. I am not beating myself up over it. Yeah. One obstacle at a time.

Thursday- Woke up and drove to Sunriver. Well, I had cereal first. Then dh and I headed out the door. 4 hours in the car. Didn’t start off the best. Didn’t talk to each other for the first 1.5 hours. Fun. Anyways. We worked things out. This was a stressful trip because it was the first time we were going to his families vacation home since his dad had passed away. Usually his parents would go with us. We had to do our share of cleaning to get it ready for the summer renters. Then in the fall we go down again to get it ready for winter.
I had packed carrots and almonds and a green tea for the ride down. We went grocery shopping when we got there and I bought a WW meal for lunch. After lunch we got to cleaning. With just the 2 of us there we were able to get our cleaning done in about 3 hours. Felt good to get it done. I headed out for a run. 40 minutes of running, 10 minutes of walking. It was a beautiful afternoon. I love it down there. The air is so fresh. The altitude gave me a little trouble at first but I got over it.
We went out to dinner. Had Mexican. It was good. I ate too much but I put half my plate in a to go box. And took it home to have for dinner the next night. Drank almost a bottle of wine. Oh, it was good. And I had some Chicken in a biscuits. Dh had wanted me to buy ice cream-I didn’t. I was glad I hadn’t cause I probably would have eaten it.
Friday-We slept in. No dogs, no cat and most important No kids. I got up and went for another run, not as long as the first one but I got out there. It was warmer than the first time. We cleaned up after ourselves at the house and headed home. Stopped at McD’s for lunch. I got a hamburger and an iced coffee so I could stay awake. Had carrots too. Friday night I had my left over Mexican food. Good the second night too. Popsicle for dessert. Glad to be home. Missed my kids and dogs. Not my cat. OK, a little bit.
Saturday- Had a event at church, I had cereal before I left so I wouldn’t over eat at the event. I did good there. Fruit and one tiny blueberry muffin that was healthy. Lunch was PB & jelly sandwich. Carrots. Dinner we went to Macaroni Grill. We had a gift certificate. I had seafood linguine. It was good. I only ate half. Saved the rest for dinner on Sunday night. No exercise today.
Sunday- Cereal for breakfast. Another event at church. I ate good again. One of my friends made a comment that I did really good picking food. I didn’t over eat. And I only picked one dessert and it was heaven. Something with rhubarb. I love rhubarb. Dinner was carrots and my seafood and pasta. Dessert was a tiny box of sugar babies. No exercise today either.
Back to running tomorrow.
