Today was weigh in day for me. Stepped on the scale 155. Stepped off, stepped on 155. Oh, my. Down 1.5 pounds from 2 weeks ago. Finished cleaning the house and pulled the scale out again. Stepped on 154, stepped off, stepped on 154. I will keep that one. Sold to the lowest bidder. So, if my calculations are right, I have lost 4.5 pounds in 4 weeks. What?!? Exercise and watching out how much I eat works?!? Who would have thought. :) I can’t wait till I can weigh in again. A couple days ago I actually pulled out my scale at home and got on nekkid. 145. Weird how much of a difference it is.
A temptation has moved into the area. Sonic. Thankfully it isn’t on my side of town. Otherwise there would be a spot with my name on it in the parking lot. I did look up the nutritional value on the food and that helped me lose a bit of the craving. I do want to take the kids over there one night for dinner. I love the drinks there.
No exercise today. Besides cleaning the house. I am still feeling the effects from the lower body workout I did the other day. Goal is to run 3-4 miles Thursday morning before I go to work.
