Tomorrow is weigh in. I hope I do ok. I have been doing so good with my eating and my exercise.
Yesterday I did the lower body work out of Jackie Warners. I am so feeling it today. My butt is so sore. I will do this one again for sure.
Today I ran 2 miles. I tried a new path. Unfortunately I didn’t know that it ended at 1 mile. So I did a quick out and back cause once I turn to the car that is it. I am done.
It is supposed to get nicer so hope to get out and do some more running this week.
