I ran today. 3 miles. Whoo Hoo!! Little secret. I am starting to like running.
Eating was ok.
Breakfast-2 eggs, 2 dry toast, coffee, water
Lunch-Old spaghetti factory-1/2 an order spinach/cheese ravioli, salad, water
Snack-ice cream sandwich-yummy
Dinner-Steak and baked potato
Snack will be popsicle.
Plan on doing a Jackie Warner workout as soon as I am done doing this. My abs are killing me from the video I did last night. So tonight will be upper body.
