		<description>You started with "the first week is the hardest," and now you're at "one week down," so, yay, the hard part is over, right?  Ha!  Well, even though sometimes life seems to be one continuous hard part after another, progress is progress, so congrats on the well-worked muscles and the ability to not scarf down all the potato salad (which I would be sorely tempted to do).</description>
