And realistically, the hundred or so calories in something doesn't truly make that much of a difference in weight loss, but for me the way that it weakens my resolve does. I bet planning out what you are going to eat, like your plan for today will help. Best of luck! :D</description>

		<description>I do think we build up positive momentum in this dieting and exercise path.  Not that it means we don't step off the trail, but a quick detour and getting back on path is much easier than starting over.  

Don't worry about day 45 right now, just day 5, okay?  Do your best, forgive yourself, and move on!</description>

		<description>I struggle with the "just one won't hurt anything" issue every single day, whether it be pizza or M&#38;Ms or a scoop of ice cream.  It sucks!  About once every two weeks I have a splurge day.  If I've been doing really well with my food plan, I will allow myself one night out off the plan and splurge on things that I haven't had in a while, but still keep the portions small.</description>
