		<description>That little bit of soreness after weight workouts is awesome, but when you have one of those oh-my-I-can't-lif-my-arms post weight lifting days, not so awesome.  Moderation, I guess, right?  Sounds like you found good alternatives when you couldn't run.  I need to make a better effort at doing that.  I only have about 10,000 workout DVDs.</description>
