Weigh in, This whole week I have felt fat!… and I was right, lol… I have restricted my calorie intake for the week (7,982 calories) which should equate to a 2.2 pound weight loss but instead my body decided to go the other way…so strange, well no worries but back to the (fat) grindstone.
Weight: 269 UP 4 from last week…ACK! and BMI:39.4 Also up .7
Well, I am sure not giving up from a small setback like this…!!!!! back to work.

Kind of a quiet week, the weather has been cold…lol big surprise. Still doing calorie deprivation, and exercise. I am looking forward to doing things outside when it is warm… man I miss Georgia, Tennesee and heck even Florida…. :)…. This weeks results follow…
Weight: 265.0 down 3.4 pounds from last week BMI 38.7 down .8 from last week.

Well there we have it, this mornings weigh-in has brought me down to the level of just being classified as obese (which still sounds and feels terrible..lol). I thought I was morbidly obese when I was like 400 pounds and then I found a web site that had a classification for “Mega-obese” or something like that …oh my gosh, now that is creative..lol I felt like I was about to star in a film where I would be fighting Godzilla with a weight ranking like that. (still chuckling..) soo…this week, exercise and calorie restriction and the results are ….
Weight 268.4 down 2.8 lbs. BMI:39.5 down .5

Makes the winter pass slightly less painfully…lol :) Very cold out, lots of snow (Ohio) so…it is what I expect. I am planning on moving down south again in ~5-8 years and man…it seems like a lifetime. I am working on planning my garden for the spring and going through my seeds, I will be starting my plants indoors sometime in the next few months. Fishing just sounds like fun…. nice day…light breeze…
This weeks calorie restriction and exercise amounts to the following…
Weight: 271.2 down 2.3 from last week and BMI:40.0 down .4 from last week.
All in all a decent week, making small progress every week is how we will all get there. Much hapiness and continued success to all…

The Snow Looks Beautiful…on the Pine Trees…

It is definatly winter now. I love the look of the yard covered in a shiny white blanket, and in front of my picture window there is a huge pine tree, looks like a Norman Rockwell painting…
(from inside the house where it is warm of course..lol).
This week is like most weeks, I am watching calories. I did my Cross Country sking this week and lifted weights 3 times. That being said this weeks results follow.
Weight: 273.5 Down 3.3 from last week BMI 40.4 Down .7 from last week.
All in all a success, though I do not like the 270’s …(though I am down 120 pounds from 394) I spent way too much time in my life at this weight (270’s)… soo….back to work.

I kicked myself in the behind this last week and did all my Cardio and Weight Lifting (the break was nice though) and…know what? … I feel better, go figure..lol Stayed on track with Calories and tried to make good choices (I am watching carbs less..but calories more, I guess I have strayed off of Atkins but the knowledge it gave me still helps me making choices for food!). All in all it is a good first week for 2009.
Weigh in: 276.8 down 3.2 pounds BMI 41.1 the same

Well, I had a nice holiday and I didn’t go off my diet, I still have been off on exercising and I have to get myself motivated again…I am going to make a start for it this week. All in all a little progress is better than none I guess.
This Morning,
Weight: 280.0 down .8 and BMI 41.1 down .2
I will strive for better results next week, and not punish myself in any case. I hope everyone else had a wonderful holiday and even better weigh in than me

Well, 2 weeks ago I went to a wedding for some extended family (Congrats again Jeff and Ashley) and Friday and Saturday I went to the wedding of my (step) son and his lovely new wife (Congratulations also to the newly married Nikki and Guy Ruff the 3rd). the loving and caring people I had the pleasure to work with for this wedding helped me to remember what things mean most in life…love, family, friends… it was a wonderful experience. That being said I was good with my diet this week with the exception of the reception evening, all in all I really didn’t go over my daily calorie allotment (2360…which I think might be a bit high..I am thinking of reducing it) This week I have also been more relaxed with carbs, though my careful than before still in the 30-80 carbs a day range in addition to the calorie restriction. I went back to my weight lifting this week but didnt’t restart cardio again yet…I will, I have just been lazy (and my son is home from college and it is REALLY busy with all the stuff going on so…those are my lame excuses..lol).
That being said this weeks weigh in:
280.8 down 2.6 pounds from last week and BMI 41.3 down .5 from last week.
I am making a new years resolution now…before Christmas, I am going to keep the values and feelings of love that I have been so blessed to be a part of in these last weeks, a part of my daily life even more this coming year than ever before… Merry Christmas All and and I will be back with my post Christmas update next Sunday, till then I hope everyone has a safe, and blessed holiday season.

Heya All, It was a good week, I went to a wedding (congratulations Jeff and Ashley) and monitored calories and was a little more relaxed with my carb intake (=more…, but like 30-40). I didn’t exercise again this week, but I am testing a theory with my weight loss (and resting)…modest results follow.
Weight: 283.4 down 1.6 from last week and BMI=41.8 down .4 from last week.
Remember, temptation is around the corner! - Be strong! we will all succeed!!!!!

Well, Happy December 6th, 2008…I am avoiding stores till Feburary now..lol This week was more or less a maintainence week for me, I am doing Atkins and watching my caloric intake (clue for anyone who is having trouble losing on Atkins!) Yes it is a pain, not that terrible though. I am doing 25 carbs a day and I am sticking to 2360 calories. I will resume working out this week with 6 days of cardio and lifting weights 3 times a week. All in all it is going pretty well…I am trying to stay focused on the remaining work to be done here though and *not* relax on the laurels of achievements gained thus far. I watched the movie 300 again this week…brings out the primal side of me for my goals in weight lifting! I am hoping everyone is doing well here on 3FC and keeping up with their goals. I have been good this year, but I don’t want anything from Santa…though peace on earth still sounds really nice. The fence straddling comment, lol, is Atkins on one side and Calorie Counting on the other.. :) …works for me.
