WELL I WEIGHED IN TODAY AFER A WEEK OF PRECONDITIONING AND WELL I HAVE LOST 1 POUND WHICH IS BETTER THAN LOSING NONE OR ADDING POUNDS ON. iiAM KINDA DISSAPOINTED BUT HEY I GUESS I KNOW I CAN DO BETTER
