		<description>Let's just consider it a "zig up" in calorie zig-zagging!  You just need a few moderate/low days to balance it out.  

700 calories is a pretty restrained binge in my opinion, it's what 1/5 of one pound?  No biggie.  Forgive yourself &#38; move on!</description>
