i avoided my homework by finishing my book

Posted by: billie In: blogging helps

Yup, another day of self-sabotage. I am doing great on my diet and exercise, so of course i have to sabotage some other part of my life, school. This not good. It’s my last semester and i have so much work to do. I really should be in psychotherapy.

I did enjoy laying up and reading my book all day. Lady Chatterley’s Lover got really good about half way thru. I was totally absorbed in it and just said eff it to all my school responsibilities. Which is totally a shame. I mean i have my entire life to read and only a few weeks to complete my coursework.

I wii cardioed for 45 minutes this evening and i scrimped on calories all day to save room for a few glasses of wine.

Calories so far: fiber1 cereal (160), skim milk (60), ham (45) & harvati (90) on low cal wheat (70), 8 cups of coffee (40) with splenda and cream (80), a 3oz lean burger (143) with 2% cheese (45) on a wheat bun (120), 2 4oz glasses of Red Razz wine (200). Subtotal 1053 calories. Room for about 3 more glasses, yumm.

Update: I’ve had 3 more glasses of wine (300).

Another little update: I had to have just a little more wine, 3oz (75).

Day totals:  1428 calories & 45 min wii cardio.

I use to procrastinate about my school work all the time. It was like pulling teeth to do homework. I think that just makes you human. Just think of how good it will feel when you are done with school. what a relief. Sometimes when i am into a good book, i neglect everything else in my life until i am done with the book ;) LOL
