Today was one of those days where i seemed to be eating all day. I kept track tho, and i did pretty well on calories. I just made sure to eat small amounts each time.
The kids were eating my pizza that i saved when i got up this morning, so that was out, i was looking forward to it too. I didn’t mind too bad. I was kinda worried it would lead to carb binging anyway. I ended up making homemade tortilla pizzas for dinner to make up for it. Less calories and i like those, everyone can make their own, i just take them in and out of the oven. A pizza stone makes all the difference for homemade pizzas.
Today’s calories: fiber1 cereal (160), skim milk (60), grilled ham (45) & harvati (90) on low-cal wheat bread (70) with a bit of light butter (20), 1 mini chocolate (38), ambrosia (163), another mini chocolate (38), homemade tortilla pizza (300), small pear (80), ambrosia (163) and a dark chocolate mousse square (90).
Totals: 1327 calories and 15 min wii cardio.
