I actually got pizza tonight for dinner and i only ate 2 slices!!!! I am quite proud of myself. I told my family how hard it was to do and they said they were proud of me. When i finished i just got up from the table and cleaned up my part of the table. I wrapped up 2 slices for me to have for lunch tomorrow and sent the other half of the pizza to my sister and her daughter. I have effectively removed the temptation.
Now it’s about snack time so i need to add up my calories to see how much room i have. So far: fiber1 cereal (160), skim milk (60), ham (45) & harvati (90) on light wheat bread (70), big salad (20), lt raspberry vinaigrette (90), 2 slices of PH the natural pizza (400). Subtotal: 935 calories.
I also wii fit cardioed for a half hour before my girl and her friend took over the wii.
I bought 2 new kinds of chocolates while i was in town today. They are pretty high calorie. Since i have plenty of calorie room, i almost grabbed one of each to try. But i thought about it and i am going to stick to my 1 chocolate a day plan. I’m liking it, it’s working, no sense messing with it.
Snack was a banana (110), a hostess snack cake (100) and a cheesecake chocolate (80).
Today’s totals: 1225 calories & 30 min wii fit cardio.
