I am a first class self-sabotager. I had the whole day to do whatever i wanted and what did i do? Nothing. I checked my email, listened to the radio, read a few blogs and played spider solitaire. No homework, no exercise, no house cleaning. Nothing. I’m even being lazy about dinner. Lousy hamburger helper.
I told my girl she could have the internet tonight so i am blogging my calories now before i eat dinner then closing up my computer for the night.
So far today: 1 c. lowfat cottage cheese (180), 1 c. blueberries (70), 2 hot dogs (80) on wheat buns (240) with ketchup (25) and mustard, 6 cups of coffee (30) with splenda and cream (60), a hostess snack cake (100) and dinner will be 1 serv of hamburger helper (320). Subtotal: 1105 calories.
I need to remember if i have a snack, go for protein so i don’t carb crave all night.
I’m planning to get up early (8am) tomorrow, weigh myself, take measurements and a before picture. I want to do some exercise before i run to the bank and the grocery.
Update:
I managed to get up off my ass. I played my daughter’s wii all by myself for about an hour. First i did the boxing until i was exhausted, then i played tennis till i was tired. I got sweaty and everything, so i am counting it as 45 minutes of exercise. Every little bit is counting for me now. I can’t wait to get the wii fit.
For an evening snack i had 1 tbl of peanut butter (90) with 1 oz of chocolate chips (160). I was hankering for a treat, but there wasn’t much around the house. Then i had a half bottle of water with K2O (15).
Day totals: 1370 calories and 45 min of exercise.
