It was tough, i almost got up 3 or 4 times to get some of that ambrosia. It was calling me. So of course i had it for breakfast this morning. Just couldn’t help myself. And then again this afternoon!
Calories so far: 1 serv of ambrosia (168) with a banana (100), a can of chicken noodle soup (150) with a grilled cheese (140+20+45+20), then 1 1/2 serv of ambrosia (252). Subtotal: 895 calories.
Oh no! My husband’s aunt sent us over a humongous and i mean a really big bag of her leftover christmas goodies! I peeked inside and there are things like hershey’s kisses and chocolate cherries! But there are also some nuts and fruits so hopefully i can make it thru this threat on my carb control.
Dinner update: I was so hungry by the time dinner got here tonight. My girl and i both had frozen chicken wings. I know, chicken wings are not diet friendly, but i enjoyed every bite of spicy, greasy, fatty chicken skin, ymm! i had 2 servings (460) followed by an orange (70).

Now, my girl wants the internet for the night and hubby is gone for a job. I don’t feel too sick this evening. This would be a good time to get in a little exercise time, at least a bit of yoga. If only i can get off my butt! Will i? I’ll update you in the morning chickies!
