I’m taking it easy on myself for the next couple days. So what if i haven’t exercised. So what if i haven’t touched my school projects. It’s okay if i drink wine tonight and tomorrow. It’s okay if i go over my calorie budget. I can easily get right back on plan on friday and that is what i plan to do. I did manage to weigh myself this morning. I’m back down to 183.5, so i have hope.
My only goal for today and tomorrow is to not go crazy and eat the whole cheesecake or a whole pan of stuffing. I’m also going to avoid the candied sweet potatoes… who am i kidding i am totally going to have a small portion. I did a good thing by not making banana pudding this year, however i did make a double pan of lowfat chocolate cheesecake… but i did count up the calories as i made it, so i have hope that i won’t overdo it. I also took my light wheat bread (35 calories a slice) and made some croutons to make my own pan of stuffing, i think that will save me quite a bit of room in the calorie budget.
Today’s calories: 1 cup of coffee (5) with splenda and cream (10), fiber 1 bar (150), DQ chicken wrap (210), Fiber 1 bar (150), nacho deluxe: 4oz lean beef (160), salsa (20), 1/4 avocado (80), black olives (40), 2% cheddar (90), fat free sour cream (20), romaine, jalepeno and seasonings, 1 1/2 oz baked tostitoes (180), about 4 cups of coffee (20) with splenda and cream (40), 1 1/2 serv. of shrimp with cocktail sauce (165), 4 squares of 70% dark chocolate (190), 4-4oz glasses of port wine (800) so far…
Day total: 2330 calories & NO exercise
