I’m still struggling to get back on track. I barely paid attention to what i ate today. I spent some time getting my house cleaned up. After 15 weeks of school it was getting pretty cluttered. That’s no excuse or anything, i just didn’t take time to take care of myself. I didn’t even really consider working out and hardly even tried for any self control with food. Let’s see how i did…
A south beach living pizza (330), one cup of coffee (5) with splenda & cream (10), a fiber 1 bar (140), a serving of dark M&Ms (210), a small bag of lays chips (150), a small bag of cheetos (160), 2 DQ chicken wraps (210+210), and a diet coke, a square of 70% dark chocolate (55), about 3oz of red wine (75) and about 4oz of port wine (200), a can of vegetable soup (220) and 2 hostess snacks (200). I think that is everything, i can’t be sure. I wanted a box of mac n cheese all night, but didn’t have any, so i couldn’t get satisfied.
The guestimated grand total is… 2175 calories. Uggh! That’s pretty bad. My husband has been getting on my nerves, i’m having another glass of port wine (200). That brings me up to 2375.
Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
