I forgot to weigh myself this morning. I think i am subconsciously avoiding it. I’m just so bummed that after i was down 10 lbs, i had to sabotage myself. Bummed but not surprised.
I’m sitting here making my list of stuff to cook for thanksgiving. It is so hard to not get carried away and make all the good stuff. I want to avoid things like banana pudding which i have been known to get carried away with in the past. I am going to try this new butternut squash macaroni and cheese recipe that i found on Lyn’s blog: butternut-mac-n-cheese, it looks pretty good to me and i love mac n cheese, a call back to my childhood when i lived off of kraft mac n cheese and hot dogs.
I haven’t eaten much today but i didn’t exercise either. I have been hitting the coffee pretty hard as a way to keep from snacking. I think i am going to make another pot right now.
Calorie counting: about 6 cups of coffee (30) with splenda & cream (60), south beach living pizza (340), mcdonald’s apple slices (35) and a double cheeseburger (440) with a diet coke, then a square of 70% dark chocolate (55). Subtotal: 960 calories.
Update: 4 more cups of coffee (20) with splenda and cream (40), 2 serv. of shrimp with cocktail sauce (220).
Day total: 1220 calories & NO exercise. Hey, not too bad.
