day 14 - bare with me, only a few more weeks of school

Uggh! I slept til noon today, about 11 hours. It may sound like i am making up for so little sleep this week, but it didn’t seem like a very comfortable rest and it threw my whole schedule off. I had planned on going in to school this morn to make glazes and prep my 2 ceramic sculptures for firing. When i got up late i didn’t feel like it anymore. I guess i’ll go in tomorrow, on a sunday. I have another project i need to be working on at home anyway.
So, i have skipped 2 days now on the 30 day shred challenge. I feel bad for missing them, but there really was no helping it. I will do the workout today and hopefully get back into the groove.
Calories so far: Slim fast shake (190) and 3 cups coffee (15) with splenda and cream (30), pineapple cottage cheese cup (110).
My sweet husband cooked dinner: steak (215), home fries (220) with olive oil (120) and 1/2 serving of brown rice (135). Followed by 1 square of my fav, 72% dark chocolate (67).
Today’s subtotal: 1102 calories & NO exercise. I really need to get off my ass & do that.
Took me until 8 pm to talk myself into working out. I think that the 30 day shred is too hard for me. But i am committed. I’ll just keep doing level 1 until i get better at it.
I ate a bowl of fat free chocolate ice cream (180) for a snack tonight, yumm.
Today’s totals: 1282 calories & 20 min exercise.
