Must. Pull. Fat. Butt. Onto. Bandwagon.
That’s right, I woke to a facebook message from tiny2b this morning, telling me she’s coming back to 3FC to record food/exercise progress & lose again. So…I’m joining her, back on the 3FC bandwagon, motivating to get back on the treadmill, thinking about what I need to get for groceries tonight to make this happen.
That’s one thing that will SUCK about dieting: to make it work I need to be the only person who shops in our house. Hubby is the king of snack foods. This really sucks cause we just got into the habit of him joining me for shopping & even once in a blue moon picking up some groceries himself. So…now that’s going to have to go back to being all me. Can’t have him sabotaging my progress with cookies and candy and pretzels and pita chips and all that other stuff he loves.
Food:
Breakfast: not so much
Lunch: Pei Wei chopped chicken salad
Dinner: spicy peanut chicken (chicken wasn’t thawed, so we’re going with:) marinated beef, acorn squash, asparagus, and salad. It’s a lot of food, but tomorrow’s my marathon teaching day spanning 2 campuses, so I need healthy leftovers to keep me from swinging into fast food hell.
Exercise: going to do a fast mile on the treadmill or the 3-mile loop with hubby & dog if it kills me.
OK, come on? Did it? Did it KILL YOU? Because I’d feel really bad if it did.
Turns out not walking saved my life. Argh!
