I can’t believe it, but it looks like hubby & I are going to make this deadline we’ve been working towards all week! I’ve been eating well & taking 1.5-2 mile walks with him every day, but it’ll be nice to get back to the gym this weekend….& bootcamp starts Monday! I’m actually looking forward to it, although mostly hoping for results at the end & not looking forward to the getting-there bit.
Okay, I’ll do food from yesterday, not great since I worked through lunch & we made cobbler, but otherwise typical:
Breakfast: usual
Lunch: none
Snack: 1 cup black-eyed peas & 12 pretzels (I guess I could call this a late lunch)
Dinner: 1 cup black-eyed peas, salad, very small piece of ham, 1 cup blueberry cobbler
Snack: tea with milk & honey, 12 pretzels with 2 tbs hummus.
Exercise: 2 mile walk.

Just been catching up (finally) and was upset to read about your crap day. I HATE rejections. I have a spike that I spike them onto (all the while imagining that it’s the editor getting spiked). Can’t believe the way that guy thinks.
And just awful for your poor student. Humiliating, aside from anything, to collapse in the hall and have to be attended by paramedics. I’m really glad you stuck up for her against the other students. Sheesh. How would they like it if it was them in that situation?

Okay! What the heck is going on here? Bootcamp! That’s what and I want to know aaaaaall about it. Details. Yoo hoo what time is it there? Am I too early? A ‘bootcamp’ can never start too early!
Things should run smoothly for ya now for a spell, after that horrendously hellish crappy day ya had. Gotta balance out the bad with an equal amount of good. Works for me!
Put some good old elbow grease into your bootcamp and you’ll get those results you want to see. You’ll rock it!
