nervous
okay, so my first weigh-in is tomorrow…one week blogging & one week running & one week watching my calories & eating 3 meals a day (rather than one giant meal at night). Obviously I’m a bit nervous about it…blogging twice in one day.
I realize there may be no movement on the scale & in my mind I’m preparing for that, but I really hope I’ve got at least a one pound loss to show for my first week’s work. I’m not backsliding into bad habits if this doesn’t work, though. Even if I’ve gained a pound, I know exercise works. It just takes more time now that I’m older to actually see the results.
I’ve never been fatter in my life, but I will lose from here on out, not keep gaining.
