Brief explanation of my day:
Weight stayed the same. Knew it was going to happen eventually. As the saying goes no gain, no pain (ha. switched it on ya!).
Did some AM yoga (40 mins). Elena Brower started following me on Twitter after I called her a yoga goddess. Nice!
