A day of reflection, gratitude, and connection. And food. So much food!

After three hours or more of washing dishes, I now feel qualified in saying that I burned off a good deal of those calories.  Is that a stretch? I dunno, but I know I worked my butt off for those calories.

Every day, labors of love. Deepening my connection to my body. Committing myself to realizing my goals of strengthening and nourishing my body in healthier ways.

And losing the damn weight!
