I`m getting used to and less upset about the fluctuations. I now know and trust that they will sort themselves out, but maybe, that`s a bad thing because that`s where complacency sets in.

I also note that, depending on what I had the night before (it appears to be only night time eating that matters) my tummy appears to tbe more or less flat the next morning. I think that`s amazing. My belly used to always be fat, no matter what I ate. It feels fascinating to be able to see the difference.

Hubby is late shift next week, so I have decided to make some changes while he is not there. I probably should set myself a task each week in order to keep myself on track.

First of all, I want to take outdoor excercise every day. I always feel I should go outdoor more, at least in the warm season. It`s now March and I have not started yet. I would like to go for a walk *after* dinner next week (and then keep it up when my other half is in the week after). I`m a bit stressed recently Hopefully, a walk will help me to sort things out in my head and relax at night.

I also want to do carb curfew again and have only carb free things at night, e.g. salad or steamed veg with camembert, salmon, avocado, omelette, feta.
