My main goal is to be healthy, but obviously to have that I can’t be overweight.
Looking at my BMI I am at 37.6 (cringe), to get to 24.9 (or lower), I have to be at 140 lbs or less. When I started my BMI was 41.6! *cry*
Anyways, here are some of my goals:
Goal 1: 199 lbs (finally onederland) - By January 1st 2010?
Goal 2: 190 lbs (weight when I got married)
Goal 3: 169 lbs (no longer obese)
Goal 4: 150 (weight I ended high school)
Goal 5: 140 lbs (normal)
