Busy busy dizzy dizzy
Haha anyone know where that is from? Here’s a hint:

Anyways- yes it’s extremely busy for me- since today is my friday I have to get everything done NOW. Finish some training- speak to the auditors- stock up, and just make sure in general everything is done.
Weighed in at 207 today, pretty good- I’m knowing that it’ll continue to go down- oh guess what? I worked out woo! I just did a fast paced walk/jog for half an hour- didn’t full out run yet cuz I SUCK at it anyways. Didn’t want to burn myself out and told myself even if I have to crawl on the treadmill I will. lol. I had started dinner and once it was going knew it was going to cook at least 45 minutes (brown rice takes FOREVER) so started it- got in my half hour, then came and checked on it- quickly showered, then we had dinner.
For dinner I made chicken breasts with leftover brussels sprouts that I hadn’t used, and those tiny yellow dutch potatoes with brown rice. I had one cup brown rice (less cuz I didn’t finish the whole cupful), then I had a bunch of brussels YUM! Oh and of course chicken- I had like 4 oz of that mmm. I had one TINY piece of potato but that was when I cut one open and tasted it to make sure it was done- I HATE potatoes that aren’t done all the way. I did mark it in my sparkpeople also in case you were wondering
I baked the chicken with the sprouts and potatoes, I had tossed them in some evoo and that adobo seasoning. Came out good- my brother ate every bite- nothing left for leftovers lol but it’s okay. I got a lean cuisine and a large spinach salad today yummy
That’s really it for today- never got ahold of my doctor but today I will call at 9 am and ask what’s up. Hubby’s neurologist is so awesome- he called yesterday asking if my husband could come in and sign a paper because the insurance was denying the appeal because my husband didn’t authorize the doc to do an appeal. I said hey I have a fax, just fax it over right now! So he did and we signed it and sent it right back! See That’s how a doctor should be- dedicated- not dragging things out… But that’s life I guess. I’ll also be trying to get my benefits done today if not this week so I can choose a new doctor and get that all taken care of.
Oh and my appointment for a nutritionist is this Thursday- I almost laughed on the phone when she said “please log what you ate at least 48 hours in advance.” Pft I’ll bring you two weeks worth of stuff… I think anything more than that is overkill- don’t you?

I actually bought brussel sprouts this weekend and going to make something with it. My bf is reluctant to try LOL I’m hellbent to make him like it!

It will be interesteing to see what the nutritionist has to say. They probably won’t expect you to know as much as you do about foods. Ha!

Oh Linda I usually put more on afterwards- I just don’t always picture it- don’t like my plate to be too cluttered and I guess subconsciously it makes me feel like I ate more when I do this?
