Phew well I had a great weekend, did a lot of stuff, saw Angels and Demons with Tom Hanks and it was GOOD. I love religious movies like that. My hubby and I are like let’s buy a replica of that statue that’s half angel and half demon and put it in our living room so when you walk in the house it’s the first thing you see- I just want to see people’s reactions lol.
Eating right is still going well, but I’m honestly sick to death of calorie counting and putting in everything I eat on sparkpeople. SOO I’m gonna try to mentally count for a while- if nothing just to at least give me a break from it. I mean when I eat I always think about the calories anyways- so let’s see how it goes

I just got a nice little note from the sheriff office saying Thanks for volunterring- I know it’s printed but I’m displaying it proudly! If anyone asks I’m gonna tell them me and Bill (the sheriff) are pals lol
Still busy studying for my final- got about 20 more hw problems left to do and one lab left, I’m just so tired that I don’t feel like doing it- but I’m gonna spend the next few hours finishing the lab at least!

Oh I am glad the movie was good. had you read the book? It’s so hard to translate some books to film. Davinci was good, but the book was so much better I thought..
Careful with the estimating of calories. I still count after losing 80 pounds, because it for me it is so easy to forget or under estimate. I hope this works for you!
Pfffft I totally hear ya. I am so fricken sick of logging everything and counting and blah blah. By now I know what to eat it’s just a matter of doing it.

I quit counting a couple months ago. I’m having trouble losing weight (but that may just be my own impatience and opinion as everyone else seems to think I’m doing good) and it has to be the food thing. I’m being stubborn and haven’t decided to go back to tracking and counting just yet. Maybe in time for the June W8challenge though… I do realize there’s a lot of things I could cut, curb, or replace
I like http://www.fitday.com for calorie counting, but logging everything you eat can be a bother, too, at times. Plus you do not internalise that well how much calories certain things actually have.
But if you want to calorie count and cannot be bothered to look up every single item it may be for you?
Thanks guys- I think part of it is just finals week, I’ll probably start back up a week, but not sure. I was thinking more people would be like NOOOOOOO lol.
Linda I didn’t read the angels and demons book but I did read the da vinci code- I still liked the movie- but I guess I’m just a sucker for Tom Hanks and religious movies!

Stella I use sparkpeople to count my calories- it’s not too difficult it’s just it’s annoying to go before/after each meal and put in how much water I drank and pick all the items I ate- but thanks for the suggestion.
I’m just gonna try for a week or two- if I’m like WOW this is not working and I’m gaining I’ll go back to calorie counting…
My head hurts from all the studying! lol. If I count one more calorie my brain is gonna explode from all the chemistry calculations I’ve been doing the past three days!
