			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have to say, I haven&#8217;t updated this for awhile, I&#8217;ve been so busy lately! Is anyone else finding it a real challenge to lose the weight? I am finding myself gravitating towards McDonald&#8217;s at least once a week, my excuse always being that it&#8217;s convenient, I have no time to cook, and that I&#8217;m really going for the coffee. I have been working out at the gym twice a week though, and have been doing a yoga class once a week to help stretch out those sore muscles in between my gym workouts. I found that for lunches, if I make a yummy salad the night before work, it&#8217;s just so convenient to take and so satisfying when lunch time rolls around! I feel like I&#8217;m the only one who has issues with McDonald&#8217;s (or any other fast food joint that&#8217;s convenient), and I feel so guilty after I stop by there&#8230;does anyone have any tips to improve willpower?!</p>
