Hello! I’m excited to use this blog as a tool to share my experiences and to help me get back on track. I’ve ‘falled off the wagon’ the past couple of months, and am now working on a keeping up a balanced diet and regular excercise. My goal is eventually to lose 40 lbs, and I know it won’t be easy.
