I have to say, I haven’t updated this for awhile, I’ve been so busy lately! Is anyone else finding it a real challenge to lose the weight? I am finding myself gravitating towards McDonald’s at least once a week, my excuse always being that it’s convenient, I have no time to cook, and that I’m really going for the coffee. I have been working out at the gym twice a week though, and have been doing a yoga class once a week to help stretch out those sore muscles in between my gym workouts. I found that for lunches, if I make a yummy salad the night before work, it’s just so convenient to take and so satisfying when lunch time rolls around! I feel like I’m the only one who has issues with McDonald’s (or any other fast food joint that’s convenient), and I feel so guilty after I stop by there…does anyone have any tips to improve willpower?!
