My official weigh in today showed off my hard work. I hit my 10 pound mark today. (I GOT A STICKER!) I feel proud of myself. I like to know that this is working. I really want to hurry the weeks up to see how much more I can lose. ha ha. I got hit with a dose of “Wow, This stuff actually works if you follow it 100%!” I LOVE the new WW books (foodlist, weight tracker, food tracker) It’s very handy as well as being beautiful! <3

Well no, not really. I’ve been on a million different diets since I was about 10 years old. My mother was an overweight child and all her attempts to make me into the thin beautiful child she never felt she was backfired. I guess I shouldnt be laying the blame solely on her, I mean at a certain age I have to stand up and take responsibility for myself and my own habits. So thats what I’m doing right now. So here’s where we stand, three overweight 18 year old Uni/College students tired of the ragging and bullying from our family and ready to make some major life changes. My two friends and I started our journey in wight loss, our choice of diet being WeightWatchers. We started about 3 weeks ago not really a smart idea considering christmas just passed, but we will survive and move onwards. so far I’ve lost 8 pounds. My favourite form of excersize is the only form i have ever been able to stand for long periods of time, DDR or dance dance revolution. If someone tells me thats not a workout I invite them come play with me for 3 hours straight. Aside from that the diet is going well for me. On weight watchers I feel like i have way too many points so right now I don’t even really need to “count” so much as just keep an eye on them so make sure i dont go over. well thats really all for now, I think having a blog will really keep me focused on goals.
Thanks for reading.
