Breakfast- (more like brunch) Lean Gourmet Pizza Snacks, 100 calorie Nutter Butter Chewy Granola Bar, and a banana.

Lunch- a piece of sausage (at moms), 4 fig bars, and a big bowl of homemade chili with fat free saltines.

Dinner- 2 slices wheat bread, 2 slices turkey, tomato, onion, and mustard.

I had NO motivation to work out today. I had to MAKE myself. I did 20 minutes of TBL bootcamp.

~ I told my sister that I wanted to buy my niece a tutu. She refused. Said Lex, my niece, wouldnt use it enough to pay alot for it, as they can be expensive. She is very tom-boyish. So I bought the stuff and made one myself. Not so girlie. More punk rock or pirate princess. lol.

Well, Its Sunday again… so its gonna be a bad list..

Breakfast- Cheerios and 2% milk

Snack- Apple

Lunch- ALOT of Chicken and Dumplings and Green beans. I had a spoon full of mashed potatoes, a piece of an onion.

I did NOT have corn bread or chocolate cake and white icing. I wanted to though!

Dinner- Green Beans, 1/2 an ear of corn on the cob, and 1 tiny tiny butterfinger.

20 minutes of The Biggest Loser Bootcamp.

Breakfast– 1/2 can pure pumpkin, 2 packs of plain instant oatmeal, nutrasweet, and cinnamon.

Lunch- French toast (wheat bread, eggs, light corn syrup)

Snack- Apple

Dinner- Spaghetti (wheat pasta, natural chunky mushroom sauce, extra mushrooms) and a couple baked tater tots.

No structured exercise as of yet… Ill update if I do anything later.

Michael had the day off today. I spent most of it cleaning and behind a sewing machine. I hadnt sewn in at least 6 months. I promised my niece in July Id make her a purse.. never got around to it. I made 2 today.
