I have never blogged before because I never thought I had anything intetresting to say! But I noticed a blog on another site where people were encouraging each other and I thought that it was nice and that I would try!
I am currently in the 7th week of my diet plan, I am calorie counting and doing exercise. I am doing well - although I could do more exercise some nights :o) I have lost 15lbs so far and I am less than a stone away from having a healthy BMI - but I would like to lose more than that!
My official ‘weigh in’ is on Sunday (I do have a bad habit of checking throughout the week!) and I intend to log my triumphs and failures afterwards!
