Hey I’m on my way to eating healthier. I’m not losing a lot of weight yet, but am definetly eating better and gaining new positive habits. I haven’t had any sweets for two weeks now and am drinking more water. I know they are small changes but they make me feel more confident.
Hey, I’m visiting my mother and we have started walking 15 to 30 minutes a day. It’s so much easier when you have someone to walk with, hope I can keep it up when I get back home next month.
I am thinking instead of being on a “diet” I want mostly to be healthy. I have a lot of health problems, bi-polar, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, sleep apnia, and crumbling teeth, to name a few. I am hoping by losing weight and excercising I will also cure some of the above problems. So if anyone would like to respond to healthy living stratigies that will help me feel free, I need all the help that’s offered.

My Chiuawa, Baby, dosen’t like cats but I do and don’t hold it against her. Chiuawa’s (i have no idea how to spell it) don’t care what you look like in the morning, they just care if you feed them LOL.
Cat’s don’t think daydreaming is a waste of time. ( and your not usually eating while you do it!)
Self-affirmations can be so important, (especially if you don’t have a special someone to tell you all thoughs nice things). So here’s one to get you started ” Today I live in the quiet joyous expectation of good” (Ernest Holmes). “Your own words are the bricks and mortar of the dreams you want to realize. Behind every word flows energy” (Sonia Choquette)
