Well, From my last weigh in I am only down a whopping 0.6 lbs. My weight this week has been up and down. Not quite sure why. But here is my current weigh in:

Well since 5/25 I have lost exactly 2 pounds! And that was with out going to the gym since the 19th. No, I went once since then. I did do my video at home a few times a week if I could. I had issues with my new sleeping pill. But I cut the dosage in half and it now works like a dream with no side effects!! My tummy is finally better.
I went to the gym today for the first time in a while. I registered Ayden in his first swim lesson, well it is mommy and me. Not an official lesson yet, because he doesn’t have enough pool experience to go alone with a group of kids and an instructor. So I am going to a younger class with him and the instructor to get him used to the instructor and the pool. I did my weights and 20 mins of cardio. I would like to get my cardio up to 30mins, but I guess it is better then nothing. But I did notice that when I first started walking on the treadmill, my heart rate went up to 160, but now it didn’t go past 138. I guess that’s a good thing. I should push myself more then huh?? Well I am going to turn on the a/c. It is sooo hot!

Well I got off my plateau and them some. I am now down to 266.6. It seems that my TOM had alot to do with it. I have a July 4th goal of 10 lbs to 559. Hopefully, I will stay at this past and surpass my goal.

I woke up not feeling well in my tummy. So as a result, I didn’t eat breakfast or drink that much this morning. To make up for it I had a 14 point turkey, provolone BLT and 2 pickle spears. I am going to regret all of the sodium tomorrow. My tummy is still off, so I don’t see me getting in all of my h2o today. So far I had 36 out of 120-130oz. I got a long way to go.
Time to sign off and turn on my a/c. My apt has old wiring, and our a/c and computer run on the same outlet. If they both are on at the same time, it will trip the breaker. So I have to turn one off for the other to run. It’s a pain in the ass really.

Today I finally came off of my plateau. Granted it was only by .4 lbs, but it was a move none the less.
I felt like total crap today. I started a new medicine to help me sleep and woke up with a whopping headache. My sleep was interrupted by having to get up and pee three times. 12,3 and 5, so I probably just didn’t sleep all of the pill off. Although one of the side effect mentioned was headaches. But it stated “should go away with regular usage”.
I am on a whole bunch of meds. I never mentioned it before but I suffer from anxiety, depression and bipolar. On top of that, I had a blood clot in each of my lungs last May, which was caused by mainly birth control. I was smoking at the time, but very little, Like we are talking 5 cigs a week. On both sides of my families runs diabetes, on my dads, major heart problems and super high triglycerides. With my weight the way it was, I was a ticking time bomb of health issues. And I was the heaviest person in the family on both sides, the only thing I had going for me was that I was younger.
So this “mission” really counts!
BTW, I have less the 100 lbs to lose now! It is down to 98.6 lbs left 2 go! (at least)

Today I had:
I never made the pasta yesterday, I ended up making tuna, so tonight I am making pasta. I have to figure out something else to round out my points for the night, but it will probably be caramel ricecakes(yum!)
I only have 2-20oz cups left for my h2o intake, I am trying to cram it in before 7, but we will see.

I lost another 2.4 pounds for a total of 15 pounds! but for the past 3 days I have been stuck at 269.0. As of the 21st, I started weighing myself with just my undies on, so that could count towards it too. I have gotten auntie flo, but I have been eating low sodium and I have drank SO MUCH WATER! I am literally swimming! I have read that With my weight, I have to drink 137oz of water a day, so I have been trying to drink at least 6-20oz cups of h2o a day for a total of 120oz. It worked at first. That’s when I dropped almost 2 pounds overnight. But since then I have been stuck. Although, I haven’t worked out since Wed 5/19
up until today. I have had transportation issues and I refuse to go on weekends. But I should have done my at home video, I have just been down right lazy. So I got up off of my ass and did it today. For dinner tonight I am making whole wheat buttered pasta for myself and my son then, Alfredo regular pasta for my DH. I may have a bit of the Alfredo sauce, depending on my points at the time. I am also making garlic bread. I haven’t counted the points yet. I will sit down and do that later. I have a bit of calculating to do.

This is only digital scale now. My weight has been steady for 3 days. It is also my TOM. Will check back in a few days.

So I went to the drs and found out 2 things…#1, my starting weight was 284lbs..ok, no biggies…ready for this, drumroll please…..#2, I lost 12-13lbs
The drs scale says I weigh 272, at home it says 271.6. Close enough for me. My new scale was right after all! The dial one was REALLY off. By like 9 pounds. I can’t believe it! What an incentive to keep up the work!

I go to the drs office tomorrow (thankfully or else this scale thing would drive me nuts). I am going to weight myself there then come home and immediately weigh myself here and make note of the difference. If it is any less then 5 pounds I am just going to keep the scale and use it, if it is any more then I am going to call the company and demand a replacement. But it should be reading me accurate if everyone else is right? If so then that means that I have lost almost 14 pounds. God I hope its right!
I went to the gym yesterday, with no soreness to follow. I think on the pec fly, the other day, I lifted 5lbs more then the trainer recommended. But I should feel something right?? It was no effort at all. So I might bump it up to 30 again, even if I am sore, at I am working it. I just found out that the gym had little mp3 type things on all of the cardio equipment. All I have to do is bring headphones and I can listen to the radio or tv. Maybe I will last a bit longer!
Dinner for tonight is nothing more then a Cranberry Turkey Medallion Smartone and a Salad for me and tuna salad and chips for my son. I have been trying to get my water intake up. It is hard for me. So far I have 50oz in. I dont even know how much I am supposed to drink, but I am sure it is more then that.
PS: When will it show in my hips??

I got my digital scale today and now I have a dilemma
. It weighs about 5 pounds less then my dial scale.(Not that I am complaining) And I could have sworn my dial scale was accurate with my drs. Which one do you think I should go with. As far as steadiness. I got on the digital one quite a few times and it only had a .2 variance. When I drank 4oz of water it did calculate that. And I weighed my son and it was right on with his weight, because he was just at the drs office not too long ago. Help! (although it did show my DH 5 - 9 pounds lighter too).I just hopped on with my 10lb kitty and it made the up the difference perfect. I go to the drs on Friday. I will check my weight officially then. Only then will I decide what to do about the scale. Depending upon how much it is off by(if any) I might return it. Any how, for the time being, here are my readings for both:
