Goals:
- Workout 60-90 minutes per day (Mon-Fri) and 30 minutes (Sat).
- Burn 1000 calories on main workout days (Mon-Fri).
- Burn 500 calories on Saturday workout days.
Accomplishments:

Workouts: (calories burned is based on my HRM)
2nd: none
3rd: (61 total minutes). 53 minutes Wii Fit Plus workouts (including 10 minute free run); 30 overhead swings/squats - 5# dumbbell; 5 sets 10 reps (per arm) arm curls 5# dumbbells; 3 sets 10 reps ball crunches with 5# dumbbell; 30 jumping jacks.
4th: (47 total minutes). walked to the school and community center then home, pushing Alex in stroller (45 minutes - 2 miles); Chest Press machine (30#, 2 sets, 12 reps); Bicep Curl machine (10#, 2 sets, 20 reps).
5th: none - too much going to today.
6th: none - too tired after the day I had yesterday.
7th: (104 minutes total; 1361 calories burned). Walked the track while kids played (1 mile, 23 minutes); Wii Fit Plus (81 minutes - includes 10 min hula hoop, 10 min boxing, and 10 min jogging).
9th: (147 minutes total; 1417 calories burned). Wii Fit Plus (105 minutes, included some yoga); Ab Circle Pro (3 minutes - 1 set of Abs; 3 minutes - 1 set of Legs/Butt); walked to school and back home pushing Alex in stroller (36 minutes, appx 1.15 miles).
10th: (27 minutes total; 290 calories burned). Walked to school then home, pushing Alex in stroller (27 minutes, 1.1 miles)
