January Workouts

Plan - Work out consistantly Monday to Saturday with the following - The Biggest Loser: Last Chance Workout (DVD); Your Shape 4 week personalized fitness program (Wii game), and The Biggest Loser 12 week personalized fitness program (Wii game).

  • Week 1: week 1&2 LCW, Your Shape, TBL Wii
  • Week 2: week 3&4 LCW, Your Shape, TBL Wii
  • Week 3: week 5&6 LCW, Your Shape, TBL Wii
  • Week 4: TBD at a later time (Hubby comes home soon) ;)

Accomplishments -

  • 2/24 Days
  • 140/1440 minutes

 

Jan 3: 20 minutes Wii Your Shape; 38 minutes Wii The Biggest Loser. Total: 58 minutes, appx 623 cal burn.
Jan 4: 40 minutes TBL LCW W1D1 (5# and 3# dumbbells); 27 minutes various exercises/challenges - TBL Wii; 15 minutes Your Shape Wii (weight loss workout, 3# dumbbells). Total: 82 minutes, 885 cal burn.

New year - New goals……find a happy balance of eating right and working out….with a busy Army wife lifestyle with 2 kids and the hubby to care for. ;) lol

Starting weight for 2010: 149.6 lbs :( 1/1/2010
Goal for 2010: lose weight/get healthy at 130 lbs (appx) and maintain it once I hit it.
