yes. i screwed up months ago with my weight loss. but i’m starting again and its day 2. my goal is 50 pounds in 5-7 months. i’m not eating more than 1700 calories a day. NO SODA during this time. even if i have 1 can i go into total soda relapse. yesterday was awesome but hard. when the day ended i only ate 1560 calories. i’m very proud of myself. i could do this.

yes i had a couple of cans of soda. it was worth it. BUT i also did a 20 MINUTE WORKOUT so there. plus i didnt eat alot.

i cant help it! today i craved cola so much i gave in. going for my 3rd can. so far had 500 calories will not go over 1600 today.  umm.. i dont feel good today.


Lost another pound!

Lost another pound. Not a big difference but I felt like I won a contest or something. Doing Great on my food intake I’m very strict and going strong on what I’m eating. didn’t work out as much as I liked yesterday but I was out ALL day and without sleeping the night before I still made time for like 6 minutes of exercise. I’ll catch up today. I gave myself a year to lose 50 pounds. Hopefully sooner. Oh and I havent drank soda in days! My new thing thats really working for me is green tea even though it makes me pee alot. I would drink soda all day everyday. So this is a HUGE change for me.

today was the first day that i actually finished my 30 minute workout on dvd. before i couldn’t even last 15 minutes. my face is red and i was sweating like a pig. i felt a HUGE difference this time. i really got into it. found a new drink to replace my obsession of soda umm..  bought a couple of those diet microwave dinners.. just trying to picture myself looking hot. LOL

I know I set some goal dates that are far away and I know it takes time to lose weight. I’m doing really well but I hope I see results by next month. Just to give me a boost and feel better about myself.
