CW: 186 (-3lbs from last week’s weigh-in, -2lbs from the week before.)
Body Fat: 36.4% (-1.1% from 5/14/11)
So I’ve lost 10% of my body weight since March 31st. I’m very proud of my progress so far.
My trainer feels like I should be losing more weight than I have been in this last little portion of time, but give me a break; 2lbs down in 2 weeks is great! I realize I’m in a competition that he can win if I win, but if I make anymore changes to my diet and cut out my “sanity meals” I’ll fall off the bandwagon very quickly. I just know I will.
Today was a pretty great day exercise-wise. Challenged myself like crazy during my personal training session which made me feel pretty accomplished. Got 25min on the elliptical after training, about 90 min biking around Buffalo, and about 50 min walking my dog. Needless to say, I am definitely ready to go to sleep and it’s 11 on a Saturday!
I hope everyone is having a good weekend, and I really appreciate all the comments regarding the colposcopy. In regards to the pad vs tampon thing, I tend to get chub rub (chafing between the legs) when I wear loose-fitting shorts so I don’t own any. It’s definitely a great suggestion though, but I’ll have to suffer with potential pad-showing for the time being. I’ll be pretty excited when my legs finally don’t rub together as much as they do now so I have better options, lol.
