This week, my diet has been very good. I’ve rollerskated only once, but it was a good sweat. I plan to get to my first kickboxing class in several months tonight. I’m sure it will be tough, but good.

Finally! My scale moves… DOWN!
207.4 today! That’s a four pound loss from when I weighed myself last a couple of weeks ago. Yay! I’m so relieved to see that darn scale move in the right direction!
I suppose it helped that *I* moved in the right direction all last week, too

Just did a 45 minute barre/pilates workout tape (I think I’m spelling that correctly). Tonight, I’m going to try my hand at trapeze work! I’ve booked a 60 minute private lesson ~~ wish me luck!

Ate well today. Walked about 15 blocks down & up hills. AND, did 50 minutes of kickboxing with abs. Whew!

Since committing to working out daily, I’ve managed to associate an exercise with each day. I had to fuddle over the weekend:
