This week, my diet has been very good. I’ve rollerskated only once, but it was a good sweat. I plan to get to my first kickboxing class in several months tonight. I’m sure it will be tough, but good.

Let me know how you like the kickboxing. There was just an ad in our paper this morning for a boot-camp class offered by the local karate place that I’m thinking of taking.
Roller skating sounds like fun!
I LOVE kickboxing! I did it last year for about 6 months & lost more than 60 pounds. The first several times you go are tough, but after that it gets better. It never becomes an “easy” workout, though, so I think it’s totally worth the effort.
Skating *is* fun! And I love it because I don’t realize how sweaty I am (& thus, how much I must have worked out) I stop moving & feel the sweat on my face
