Checking-In

This week, my diet has been very good. I’ve rollerskated only once, but it was a good sweat. I plan to get to my first kickboxing class in several months tonight. I’m sure it will be tough, but good.

Weight: 205.4 (down 3 pounds) :-D

  1. Let me know how you like the kickboxing. There was just an ad in our paper this morning for a boot-camp class offered by the local karate place that I’m thinking of taking.

    Roller skating sounds like fun!

  2. I LOVE kickboxing! I did it last year for about 6 months & lost more than 60 pounds. The first several times you go are tough, but after that it gets better. It never becomes an “easy” workout, though, so I think it’s totally worth the effort.

    Skating *is* fun! And I love it because I don’t realize how sweaty I am (& thus, how much I must have worked out) I stop moving & feel the sweat on my face :-)
