Just wanted to stop in to say I’m back on track. Down another two points: 213 lbs. Diet today stayed under 1300 K. I didn’t do an exercise tape, but - per my new commute — I briskly walked about 20 blocks up & down hills. Next week, I’ll return to kickboxing. But, today, right now, I’m tired & need to sleep.
